In Year 1 students cover:
- The Core course covering 7 main topics focused on essential areas such as business support, team leadership, and business improvement.
- The Employer Set Project (ESP): a project is developed by employers in the sector to reflect genuine business challenges. The ESP allows students to demonstrate their problem-solving skills, management capabilities, presentation skills and administrative proficiency.
